Balance Wellness offers a holistic approach that encompasses both physical and aesthetic health. Owner, Rachel Ingram, is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in Internal Medicine and Aesthetics. Balance Wellness is aimed at helping clients achieve optimal physical, mental and emotional well-being through a range of services tailored to individual needs.

We offer medical weight loss through nutritional guidance, 1:1 assistance and support, and medications. Medications can include vitamin injections, semaglutide (also known as Ozempic® or Wegovy®), tirzepatide (also known as Mounjaro® or Zepbound™), Contrave®, and more. We are proud that our weight loss program has a 100% success rate.

Balance Wellness also specializes in aesthetics including neurotoxin injections (Botox®), fillers, Sculptra®, skincare, chemical peels, miconeedling, PRP injections, and hair restoration among other treatments.
